SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT - Sales project, LKQ Europe
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As part of the EOS sales team, the Subject Matter Expert in Sales will help to create the Pan-European ERP solution which will bring all LKQ European businesses on the same platform. The EOS project represents the foundation of the 1 LKQ Europe program and is the biggest project LKQ has historically run. In this dynamic environment you can have a lasting impact on what is going to be the key to LKQ’s future success on the European market. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to get a unique view on LKQ’s European business landscape, working as part of a great and supportive team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Parrticipating in the design of a European Sales ERP solution as a subject matter expert in a diverse and high
performing team, providing best practice expertise of your area to help make informed decision of the Pan
European Solution - Implementing Oracle EBS solution including the new Sales User Interface& Sales Work Bench
- Becoming an expert for the EOS ERP solution and first point of contact for your local business
- Assisting with the testing of ERP solution on new enhancements and integrating with external platforms
- Assisting the training leads in developing material and the delivery schedule with business users that is class
leading - Gathering information from local business to gain an in depth understanding of the existing business and
technical environment the project will need to work with - Guiding local businesses through change management, business process changes, problem resolution and
functional decisions which will need to be taken - Assisting the Data Analyst lead with data cleansing, conversion, and validation ensuring a successful migration plan to support the project schedule.
KEY AND DESIRED SKILLS:
- Organization design and implementation
- Sales, branch logistics, marketing and promotions knowledge within the B2B/B2C market
- Experience in working with an ERP system is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to present results to business members including management level
- Inquisitive, investigative approach to tasks and goaloriented and highly self-motivated
- Ability to communicate from SME level to director level
- Ability to plan and complete assignments to deadline
- Willingness to travel as required equating to approximately 30% along with respecting current Covid
country guidelines.
